Our Vision

The fabulous amenities provided within the Clarinda Park estate have created a genuine hub for the local community. The Barton Primary School and the Mayone Bulluk Family and Community Centre are now open. City of Casey are due to commence embellishment works on the 9.6ha Barton Recreation Reserve (at the centre of the estate) in the latter half of 2017 which will include three soccer pitches, a footy/cricket oval & pavilion and associated car parking. Later stages of works will include the delivery of bowling greens, tennis courts and associated club rooms. The Bradman Drive park has been completed and offers an exciting kids playground and off-leash dog park.

The Clarinda Village shopping centre (on Everlasting Boulevard) is under construction and will provide a supermarket, medical centre, gym, Montessori pre-school and speciality shopping. A swim-school will be provided as part of a later phase of development. Works on the adjoining park will be undertaken in the latter part of 2017 and will include a playground and passive open space reserve that are intended to blend seamlessly into the shopping precinct.

A new service (792) has been established through the estate linking Cranbourne Station with Botanic Ridge.

The level of amenity afforded to the Clarinda Park community is truly outstanding.
